For over 17 years, I worked in local government coordinating neighborhood programs and mediating community disputes. In 2014, at the age of 46, I began considering a second career that would allow me to make a greater individual impact. This led me to enroll in a Master's program in counseling, which I completed in August 2018.
I enjoy helping clients of all ages who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and relational issues. I have a private practice and also work two days per week at the Rape Crisis Center.
When I'm not working, I travel (well, not right now), work out, read, and eat vegan food. I am a mom to two humans and two rescue dogs.
