Veganism

Four years ago I made the decision to consciously reduce my use of animal products as much as possible. It is a journey I continue every day and has become an integral part of who I am as a human and a therapist. 

I specialize in working with individuals and couples in this area. If you are having difficulty incorporating veganism into your life, struggling with a partner’s differing view, experiencing compassion fatigue, or any of the other challenges of living in a non-vegan world, I can provide help and support from an understanding perspective.
